Video highlights theme changed :(

I installed the latest update yesterday and the old themes have gone, replaced with really rubbish new themes they are a bit too crazy. I really liked Lilyton and now that's gone. Video highlights of our family outings just don't suit the new themes.
Is there anyway to get the old ones back?

Are you referring to the Video App or a service, such as Youtube? If it's an app, you can try going into Settings > Applications > Video (name of the video app) and see if there is an option to remove updates. There might not be, but it's worth a check. Otherwise, the only way to get it back is possibly to revert back to an old app, which would require you to have made a backup.
