Video Highlights

HTC changed the way it creates video highlights now. It now doubles or triples still pictures in one frame of video throughout the entire video highlight. I thought it was a software bug since it started happening after the 4.3 update but HTC says that is the new way it is done. I think it looks stupid. The old effects were better. Anyone agree?

I also thought it was a bug
Looks terrible, especially with certain pictures which don't lend themselves to duplication.
