Anyone having camera/video issues. Taking a video off my phone it looks OK. But once I send it to someone its extremely blurry. Can't make out faces or anything. First I thought it was a app but it does it no matter what I use. As soon as it goes from camera to sharing it looks like crap. Tried to change settings nothing seems to work.

Are you texting or emailing? Texts can shrink down videos making them look like garbage. Try emailing one to yourself to see if that is the issue

Text has strict limits on file sizes. Pretty much any HD video goes well above that limit, so instead of giving people error messages it's automatically downconverted. I think you can sort of get around this limit if your carrier and the person you're sending to supports advanced messaging. I've sent videos to my wife via text and they stayed HD quality. But we are both TMobile and both our phones supported advanced messaging. ( And the video was fairly short)

Or you can use the link sharing feature built into your new phone which is fantastic.

Tried turning off the HD setting still the same thing.
Apple doesnt have this issue
This a android thing or phone ?

It's a carrier thing. With apple I think the videos are sent via iMessage or something. Android doesn't have this, so video is typically sent via MMS. Which does not support HD Video. When my in laws sends me videos from her iPhone it comes as MMS. And is downconverted. I tried sending HD video from my S8 to my wife's V20. Short 10 second clip to test. But we have advanced messaging in TMobile so the file she received was still in HD

I talked to the sprint store by me he said Samsung is aware of the issue and is working on a fix. Think there's any truth to that?

Called Samsung they now nothing about it. Sprint lied, his solutions was to download another messenger. Really?
This sucks
