This is in my RCA viking pro 10", android 6.0. When streaming video on some apps and using bluetooth audio, the video framerate goes very slow. This is on the espn, xfinity, nbcsn. Doesn't happen on amazon or hulu.
If I start the stream first then turn on the headphones or speakers, that keeps it from happening unless I pause the stream. Note that the bluetooth is already on. No device connected, all is okay. Tried everything I can think of in dev options, gpu rendering, force 4x MSAA, etc.
