Video playback occasionally stutters when streaming via wifi/4G

Just wondering if anyone has experienced the same issue? I first noticed it when streaming via netflix for the first time. I have tested on different wifi connections and have still come across the same problem. When streaming using my old galaxy S3 and my PC, playback is smooth. I thought it might be isolated to netflix, but have since experienced something similar with youtube. It's not a consistent stutter, just happens every 20-30 seconds or so.

Mine is exactly the same, it's annoying, mine also does it with vids I've Bluetoothed over from my 1 x

I do notice a slight stutter every few seconds on YouTube,the weird thing is if I go to the Google play store and rent a movie in hd it doesn't stutter one bit,so I wonder what the problem could be. EDIT-the stutter is very very slight in youtube,but no lag at all with rented movies on my htc one m8
