I am currently using a Samsung Galaxy E7 since my iPhone 6s was broken. When playing videos on Youtube, they seem to stutter for about 5 seconds then the audio will sync with the video and everything is normal again..
The video stutters when;
• Pausing and Playing
• After Ads
• Opening recent apps or turning off my device and playing the video again
• Jumping 10 seconds
Weirdly, my videos from my gallery seem to have the same problem.
