video question

My phone last night was fine watching video and everything. I paused it and then came back after a while and it was then weird like it's hard to explain what it looked like almost like there was ink all over the whole picture. I tried different shows and all the same. I then went to YouTube and it wasn't as bad but I could still see it. It's not the shows because I didn't have that problem ever before. Can someone tell me is this probably a defect? Today it looks fine again...

Yes i was already in that thread. Doesnt seem to be the same exact issue..although similar. Mine comes and goes randomnly..
