Video recording only in slo-mo?

My video recording in stuck in slo-mo, don't know if I am missing something or what. Camera Mode is not set to Slo-mo. I can set it to that and than back to Auto but it still records in Slo-mo. Anybody have any ideas what is going on and how I can turn it off?

Clear data from camera app
It should reset all its setting
