Video stutters when taking pictures during recording

Has anybody else seen this in their S10/+/e's: when recording video on my S10e, and then taking a picture during the recording, the playback has a terrible stutter at the moments when the picture was taken during the video recording.

Other than this issue, I love the phone and it has performed beautifully.

Yes, it also happens on my S10+ (Ceramic Black with 512GB). Linus also mentions it in his review here as well:

I too find it a pretty serious flaw with the camera. Hopefully it's just a software problem that can be fixed with an update as opposed to a hardware one.

I am having this issue too. EVERY time I take a picture while recording a video, the video jumps.

Is everyone having this issue? Or is it an issue with just some phones? Is there a fix for this yet?

I have tried setting the video frame rate to 60 fps and it does eliminate this problem of jumpy video when taking pictures while recording a video.
