Video uploading jumpy on instagram! Help! :(

Help ever since instagrams new update my htc one v (ice cream sandwich) seems to either crash when I am trying to upload a video or it will take forever to upload and then it will play all jumpy. Anyone else had the same problem? Help please. :'(

I have had the same issue for a while, HTC Evo Design 4G.

Cant find anything anywhere on how to fix this. Everytime I upload a video, by either import or direct record on instagram, it plays back jumpy / skippy.
