Videos and music keep pausing

Okay so I have an LG K-8 V and every time I'm listening to my music app Go music or watching a YouTube video or any video it will randomly pause I will unpause it and it pauses almost a minute or some random time later I don't know how to fix it and I see people saying to do a factory reset but I don't want to reset my phone is there any way to fix this without resetting it completely
