Videos Lagging & Out Of Sync

Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm noticing videos Im recording start out fine but 5-10 seconds into the video the video pauses a few seconds and then the audio goes out of sync with the video

This happens on videos I've recorded and I'm noticing it does this watching videos on Facebook as well

If you copy the video file to your computer and watch it there, does it still go out of sync?

Does is stay out of sync or does it go back to being in sync? What if you start the playback in the middle of the video...is it out of sync at that point or does it go out of sync after playing for a bit? I have had no issues with my Axon 7.

If I start the video in the middle it's in sync but it pauses then goes out of sync again.

Happens when watching Instagram stories and Facebook videos it's in sync initially. Then every video pauses a few seconds and the rest of the video is out of sync


Edit: just did a soft reset and that seemingly fixes the issue I was having
