Videos won't show in the proper format

I took about 7 or 8 videos at a race over the weekend but there are 2 or 3 that will not play back in their correct format.

I shot the videos holding the phone in landscape position. But in the gallery they are displayed in portrait mode, what should be the left side of the video is on the bottom of the screen, and when you go to play them back if you're holding the phone in landscape position, they are playing 90 degrees out of position. If you physically turn the phone to portrait position then the video fills the screen like it was in landscape position.

Is there a way to rotate them around so they will playback in the correct position?

You should be able to rotate it if you edit it in Google Photos.
