Viewing HDR photos on Mac and PC

Not able to view Note 3 HDR photos on mac or a pc says file might be corrupt?View fine on camera.I do use drop box not sure if that is corrupting them no issue with normal photos?
well thought i re upload it now seems to be viewing.Sorry about that I nver ever had to reload any photos using drop box?
