Viewing SD Card Apps

I have been using Angry Birds but I noticed the app icon doesn't appear on the "desktop" screens.

When using About, I went to Applications and see that its installed on the SD Card.

I can move it to the phone, but my question is, where do I find the icons for SD installed apps so I can launch it from there ? (Right now I enter "angry birds" in the phone-top search to find it, then run...)

Angry Birds should appear on the main apps list, and you should be able to shortcut it to a main screen if desired. If you can't, uninstall and reinstall. I have AB on a screen and on my main apps list, and it's installed to the card.

The SD cards that come with the Optimus line are unreliable at best, I've had issues like this with mine. Eventually I had to backup everything on my card, format it in the phone and copy the stuff back. Or just buy a cheap better SD card.
