you probably have a rogue app installed who is using scare tactics and spam to try to redirect you. don't push on anything they offer you. IMO install and run/scan to find and uninstall/delete the culprit App -

I call bogus too. Don't do anything. In fact, I would send a copy of the screenshot and the site you were on, to Google. I'm sure they would be thrilled to know that someone is using their name illegally.
