Virus? GoAdSdk is it a virus

Tried looking online but bunch of weird pop ups and my cell went berzerk help with finding a solution

I would download an anti-virus solution from the play store and see if it can detect anything.

Tried avg and malware bytes both got disabled and boot loop started up again for about an hour and I turned phone off to clear partition cache as well until I turned on airplane mode and cleared all cache from online applications forced stop what I could checked all my app downloads and checked files

So far I wiped miscellaneous files from settings. This seema to have stopped the glitch for now. I had this same issue for a while with boot loop. Since its update its been very troublesome.
