Visual voice mail

I had to do a factory reset and now my basic visual voice mail is gone. Does anyone know how to get it back. I was trying to avoid calling Verizon.

The visual voice mail app doesn't show up in the app drawer? I would think it would is part of the build.

It is there but it only offers me to purchase not use basic. Maybe I am not seeing something up correctly. I just get the recorded VoiceMail and not even the basic like I had before resetting.

have you tried another factory reset? What if the 1st time was corrupt or something.
