Visual voicemail for unlocked phone?

I bought an unlocked phone and I’m adding it to Spectrum mobile. Is there a visual voicemail app or something other than calling to get my voicemails?

My phone is unlocked too I ended up finding it on the actual phone app under settings and turned it on

This. You just have to activate the voicemail app and it syncs with you Spectrum Mobile service. From there you can go into the voicemail settings and personalize your greeting.
