I got spoiled by using visual voicemail through the built-in dialer on some other Android flagships I've owned. Is there any way to do this on the T-Mobile Galaxy S10?

Not that I know of. You have to download the T-Mobile app for it.

Personally, I use Google voice but the voicemail app was in my app drawer and I even saw an update on Galaxy app store. I didn't download it from Galaxy app store, it was already there I guess. Unlocked US model here using on Verizon. Can you send a screen Shot of the app Thanks

This now on unlocked models visual voicemail
One of the things I miss from Pixel along with call screening.
WiFi calling works for Verizon on unlocked model. See below I have it turned on.Yes I have used it from day 1. No need to pay for the text version imo. Now find advanced calling or wifi calling. THAT appears to be what is missing in the VZW users unlocked version.
