Yes but you can't beat the price.

My guess is the reason it doesn't have ZTE stamped on it is because most people have never heard of them. By not branding it then they simply think of it as a "Virgin Mobile" phone instead of a "Knock Off Generic Brand I've Never Heard Of Before" phone.

My cousin has a zte avail. Worst android I've see. I can't even look at the screen because just the viewing angle is so small that the small distance between my eyes makes the screen very hard to look at. It also feels cheap. And even with the processor OC'd to 800 the phone is laggy as heck.

My dad has a ZTE Warp, and it freezes 3-5 days a day. It would freeze, not move, black screen, then you would hear noises, Show boot anination, and its back.....

Yep, tracfones/go phones and just recently the ZTE (pretty sure it's the Warp) for $79. We don't have any at the store atm but they're on the website.

To me it really doesnt look that bad to me it looks like the Samsung Conquer I was using on sprint.
