I have a virgin mobile data done right moto e lte that I bought at Wal-Mart. Service sucked and I stupidly tried to transfer it to straight talk. The porting didn't work so after 48 hours I tried to take it back to virgin mobile. Now it won't work at all. VM mobile id app used for activating the device is missing and won't download. Spent two frustrating weeks talking to reps from virgin mobile. I think it might be locked to VM. Or firmware is screwed in trying to change carriers. Or might be VM Fed policy. I just want it to work on ANY carrier!!!!
