Voice actions button/widget/shortcut

Hi all,

I may be overlooking something very easy or right there in front of my face, but all i want is a 1x1 button/shortcut/widget on my homescreen that brings up the voice actions for searching, calling, navigation, alarm, etc.

I know i can put the google search icon on there, but it doesn't bring up voice actions directly, i then need to hit the microphone on the search bar.

Anyone have a solution? Or something i missed?

Just download and run an app from the Play store called "QuickShortcut" maker search for voice search and click on the second result...and creat the shortcut...I have it on my dock so I can access it from all screens...see beloow
