I have a Galaxy Note 9 with Oreo. I have an old car with a Blackberry Bluetooth speaker VM 605. If I keep my screen locked, how do I make a voice activated phonecall? I have OKGoogle set to open my locked phone and then I can say call Xx. But that only works when on WiFi - not in the car.
