voice activated macro app

With the increase in fines for using a cell phone while driving taking effect where i live tomorrow, I'm looking for a hands free ingressing option. Does anyone know of a voice activated macro app that records finger swipes and taps? the closest app i can find is finger replayer, which can record swipe and tap coordiantes, but it doesn't seem to be voice activated. Any help would be greatly appreciated
