Voice call volume. Any fix?

I'll add my complaint about the ear speaker volume being low. I'll try adjusting the positioning so my ear is at the top of the phone.

In all seriousness, I generally use a headset while on the phone while working (or the BT speaker in my car), and I really don't use the phone all that much anyway...but I did get a call this weekend and picked up and noticed that the volume was a bit low. Don't think it's gonna bother me that much, but I did notice.

This is a huge issue, I held it to the left and to the right still way tooooooo low for me. If not fix in a few days its going back!
