Voice Dial Help

I apologize in advance if this has been asked before. I am looking for the simplest method of voice dialing using my HTC Incredible 2, NOT using bluetooth. I want to be able to make a call without having to look at my phone. Is this possible with minimal input? If so, would you mind talking me through it? Thank you!

I'm finding that mine isn't very accurate, is there a way to train it to know my voice so it understands me better?
