voice mail help

how can i add the welcome to verizon wireless the number you have reach is not in service as a voice mail.??

well after tons of googling i found what i needed here=http://www.youmail.com/community/greeting/verizon_wireless_-_no_longer_in_service
been on t-mobile you have visual voicemail i went into setting then greetings the tap on the mic on upper right record a greeting comes on.
now you have to hit record on phone and computer at the same time. but before you do you need to set the volume on computer so it is not too low or to high so it sounds clear.then hit save set it as default good to go they have others there from at&t and diff characters the good thing about it when you call your phone and listen to it there is no tone after it ends so it sounds like the real thing.thought i share.

why would you want this as your voice mail? isn't the point of voice-mail for people who can't reach you to let you know why they called?
