Voice Mail Notification "stuck"

I had this problem before on my previous phones and usually I just go to the Phone's App Info and Clear Data.

For whatever reason it doesn't work. Any other methods of clearing it? Yes, I cleared my voice mail inbox.

Call your phone from another number, don't answer, leave a real voice message, go into voice mail, listen to the voice message, delete the message and the notification should go away.
