Voice mail

Hello, never had a smartphone before could someone please tell me how to set up and get my voicemails I haven't a clue about anything really with this phone.
Only had phone about 2 weeks and did not get a book was I suppossed to ? If so I will go back to Verizon

Welcome to AC!!

Did you try calling your voicemail? You should be able to do this by holding down 1 on the dialpad, this should call your voicemail. If you haven't accessed your voicemail before, this should bring you to a menu where you can set it up. Otherwise, it'll prompt you to enter your password so you can check your voicemail. If you are still experiencing issues getting it setup, just call your carrier, they should be able to help you get it setup.
