Voice recognition settings opens browser window

On an AT&T Note 3 Android 5.0 Every time I go into the "Voice and Input" settings to change things in the "OK Google" settings, for example, a browser window (Chrome in this case) automatically opens over the settings screen covering what I am trying to do. If I switch back to settings, it just opens a new tab over it every time. If I say "OK Google", it opens the "Listening" screen briefly but then immediately opens a new browser window over it. What am I missing?
