Voice Search app is not appearing in app tray

I want to replace the Google Search with a single icon for Voice Search (I just never, ever type anything into that search box), and the Voice Search app IS installed. It shows up in the "All" list when I go to Apps in the settings, and I even tried downloading it again, but it acts like it is already there. But it is not showing up in the app tray anywhere.

Any ideas?

It IS already there - integrated into Search. Just tap the microphone on the Search bar
