voice to text feature on galaxy 7 edge working incorrectly

It makes unwanted changes to words; it capitalizes the first letter of words randomly incorrectly, for example in the middle of a sentence; it changes words after they are typed; it makes incorrect "corrections" on its own. Where are the settings to control its operations found ?

It depends on which service you're using for voice dictation, but settings for all available ones should be in the Language and Input section of your phone's settings. IF the voice dictation service is particular to the keyboard you're using, then it needs to be adjusted in the keyboard app's settings.
