Voicemail Issue [deck/Matr1x]

Whenever I receive a voicemail, i get a notification that say "New Voicemail, dial *86". When I click on it, the call tells me that i did not enter a valid command. When I hit the phones voicemail button it does the same thing. The only way to access my voicemail is for me to call myself. I would really like to fix this.

Anyone else experience this problem? Anyone know how to fix this?

I don't remember specifically, I went from deck to oxygen to MIUI so theres a bunch of menu changes there, but its something like settings, call settings, voicemail settings, voicemail number maybe. I had to do this on MIUI as well but the menus are different but hopefully this will point you in the right direction.

Thanks! I was trying to do this through the preferences on my phone app rather than through the android settings :/
