I wasn't getting voicemail at first because I forgot my number was assigned to google voice in my previous phone. So I went ahead and disabled that and am now getting voicemail.
My issue now is that I can't sign in into the voicemail system to change my greeting, password, etc. I set it up when I first got the phone but every time I try to access it, it says "invalid entry". I changed the password and even reset it on my sprint.com account but still nothing.
I am getting the visual message however, I just cannot get into the system. I'd like to figure this out before using google voice again so any help is appreciated.
