Voicemail Notification

For some reason my voicemail notification on the top of the screen is not working.

I just checked my voicemail and I had 15 in the last two weeks.

How can I make sure it works?

I have gone to:

System Call Settings
Voicemail
Notifications

Looks like everything should be set how it should be.

Who's your carrier? Open the Phone app, tap Menu>Call Settings>Voicemail>Voicemail Setup and make sure the Voicemail Number is correct for your carrier.

My carrier is Xfinity Mobile.

To access my voicemail, I do *86.

My voicemail setup is set to *86.

Any power-saving modes turned on, or battery-saver apps installed?

Let me try uninstalling and reinstalling the third party phone app.

OK, I uninstalled and then reinstalled my third party phone dialer app and now I am getting the notification sign back.
