Voicemail password

[AC Question]

Okay so I got my Galaxy S5 a couple days ago and I received voicemails but I can not listen to them. Its asking for a password which I have not made. I switched from IPhone to Android.
Any Suggestions?

Make sure iMessages are turned off on the iphone so that your texts are not intercepted by iMessage. I would contact your carrier to resolve the password on the voicmail.
