Voicemail settings?

Hi all,

I'm not sure if this is a problem with my Verizon settings or the Note 8, but can someone help me with voicemail settings.

I frequently put my phone in airplane mode during the day. If a VM comes in during that time, after I turn airplane off and listen to any messages, it just plays back the message but with no info.

It doesn't say the time the call came in, or the number/name it came from. My old phone used to tell me both at VM playback.

(If a call comes in when I'm not in airplane, it shows the caller ID info just fine, it's just a problem when playing back VMs.)

Is there a setting I don't have right on the Note, or did I inadvertently change a setting on Verizon?

Any help would be appreciated.

Just another reason to use Google voice. I switched years ago.

Well I'm sure that's a good idea, but in the meantime any help would be appreciated.
