The only thing that doesn't make sense is in the settings instead of showing T-Mobile as my carrier it says your carrier
Open the Phone app, tap Menu>Settings>Call Settings>Voicemail, and make sure your voicemail inbox is set up correctly.

My Pixel 2 XL also says "Your Carrier," and the voicemail number in your screenshot is the same as mine (I'm also on T-Mobile). Have you called T-Mobile about this?

This may not be relevant, but I was using the op6t with a T-Mobile sim on US Mobile (mvno) I had to contact CS and they had me provision something from the dialer before my voicemail worked property. So I'd call your provider and let them know about your problem.

what did you have to provision exactly? was there something you had to enter into the dialer?
