I apologize if this has already been asked. I have searched Google and cannot find anything. I noticed in the list of All apps, there is one in there called VoIPCall. I am a noob, so forgive me in advance.

Yeah I guess that would be logical. What exactly is it? Is
it currently usable or is it something that Verizon is planning on using in the future?
