Volte problem on moto m after security patch update

After downloading an update for bugs and security patch level feb.2018 , my device Moto m is not able to make VoLte calls Jio sim. It's showing that feature is enabled but not working . How to solve this issue ?

Try a Cache Partition wipe. If no go, speak to your carrier.

Unble to updated the patch level while update the same I loss my volte service from my phone
