volume and hearing calls

[AC Question]

On my Galaxy 7 the call volume is turned up to high, however, i can barley hear when speaking to someone. When I use the speaker phone I can hear normally.

Welcome to Android Central! If it's also normal using a wired or Bluetooth headset, then the primary earpiece speaker is either blocked (e.g., by lint or other debris) or faulty. If the speaker opening looks clean, then contact Samsung for warranty repair, if it's still covered.
