Not sure - maybe someone else can offer some tips. Make sure you go through all the sound settings, sounds like you checked the drop down menu too. Notice any changes after a recent update maybr?It's not.

I have those selected.
What fix?That fix works I had the same issue and all is good now.

Mone says this so I selected fix. It clears up background stuff.Go to Settings/Device Maintenance
