Ringtones and notifications especially when on full volume are about half as loud as what they used to be. Frustrating.

Did you factory reset the device? I upgraded earlier today, after 6.0 installed, I immediately reset phone. No audio issues. Was streaming music on way home with no difference in audio levels.

Have you noticed any other issues?

I haven't had any issues with volume. Works the same as with Lollipop.

I've upgraded 3 turbo 2's to Marshmallow - no audio issues at all, volumes don't seem any different. I'm assuming that you have tried expanding the volume drop down, so you can see the separate settings for ringtone, media and alarm volume?

Yes I have.

I'm experiencing the opposite. My volume is now much better, louder. Before the update it was very low.

Never mind, deleted post . . . .

Actually I should put this out there if it helps someone, even though it's very embarrassing for me - I found out that my low volume problem was due to the act that I still had the factory screen protector on and it doesn't have cut-outs for the speaker (facepalm). . . .

Kinda like the old "is it plugged in" joke . . . :(

Don't feel bad. All of us do things like that sometimes. 😊
