Volume decrease automatically while traveling

[Android Central Question]

I have recently bought Nokia 8 and facing this issue where my volume will automatically drop to zero in a interval of 5 to 10 minutes while travelling and with headphones on, this problem occurred only when I am using my headphone. I am not using any third party headphone, this were bundleded with my phone.
It's really irritating and Nokia support guys can't even understand this problem.
Dose anyone of you know a fix for this problem.
