Volume rocker gets stuck

My Note's volume rocker gets stuck when trying to lower the volume. It gets stuck when I try to lower the volume with only one bar and it mutes the volume.

How could I fix this?
Stab it with a knife?

I had that happen to, I called Verizon and they replaced the phone.
