Volume rocker problems

Hello everyone,

So I purchased my Note 4 about a month ago and absolutely love this phone however, I have a problem with the volume up not always working. Volume down seems fine but in order for up to work I need to press it like 100x before it responds. Volume up will for for a few minutes after that then stop working again and I need to press it 100x again to work. Very strange I know.

I have tried a full wipe and even reload of the OS through kies and Odin with no improvements. I am unable to return the phone to the carrier for replacement as I am not the original owner of the device so the only other option is to pay and have my phone repaired.

Anyone else have this issue?

That sounds like a hardware problem. Hopefully it's under warranty

Yeah the provider said it is but since I'm not the original owner of the phone I'd probably have to pay to fix

Talk to your carrier, they might cover it. I know Verizon will cover the active device on the line, regardless if it was bought on your account.
