Volume slider won't go away

The power button is also not working as the volume slider cover the option what do I do

Do they need cleaning maybe sticking?

Welcome to Android Central! Does it persist after a reboot, or in Safe Mode? You can always force a shutdown by pressing and holding Power for about 30 seconds (or, if you have a Samsung device, Power and Vol Down for 30 seconds).
