Volume up button not working

About 1/2 of the time the volume goes up one notch, but no more. The other 1/2 of the time it does nothing. Is anyone else having this problem?

I have the same problem with my volume down button. May have to RMA.

Each press of the vol up or down key should move it up a notch or down. If for some reason it is not responding to the push I would suggest maybe having it exchange if its within the return period. It would seem like the button is malfunctioning if nothing happens with each press. If you have further concerns feel free to send me an email at cl-fred@asus.com.
