Vpn connection doesn't stay on for over a minute

I Have the unlocked international version. The vpn connection doesn't stay on for seconds then it disconnects again. I have tried every vpn app is there. No one of them seems to br working.
Im positive that these apps are removed from battery optimization list.

I have reached a dead end on this. Searched online for quite a while but could not find an answer.

Is there any way to fix it?

What are you connecting to with your VPN? A business location?

I have had similar problems with desktop VPN when the security mode does not match that set on the VPN server.
